Body of Proof is a TV series created by Christopher Murphey (co-writer of The Karate Kid 2010) starring Dana Delany (she played Katherine Mayfair in Desperate Housewives) as Dr. Megan Hunt, a Philadelphian medical examiner.

Body of Proof focuses on Megan Hunt’s efforts to balance the demands of her professional life, dealing with solving cases and analyzing bodies, with her personal life, trying to reconnect with Lacey Fleming, her estranged daughter (played by Mary Mouser). Dr. Hunt was a brilliant neurosurgeon, until she had a life-changing automobile accident and then accidentally killed a patient on the operating table. This resulted in her resignation, and retirement from the profession altogether…

Actress Jeri Ryan (Seven of Nine on Star Trek – Voyager) is also part of the cast.
